The blend consists of Cabernet Franc 60%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30% & Merlot 10%.
After the grapes arrived at the cellar it underwent fermentation and maceration for 4 months in 500L French oak barrels. Thereafter the grapes were pressed by a traditional manual basket press and specially selected French oak barrels of 225L were filled for ageing and maturation for 24 months, of which 100% were new.

Winemakers notes:
The wine has strong black & red berry flavors, firm tannins and good integration between fruit and wood with a very long ageing potential. It has whiffs of spice, pepper, mint and tobacco that gives the wine interesting and complex layers.
